Position Details

This part-time, remote role is pivotal in acting as the first point of contact for our practice. You will function as a key liaison to clients and professional peers including physicians, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing top-tier customer service and managing a high volume of telephone and email inquiries.

Efficiently handling referral requests and client scheduling for our team of mental health professionals.

Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing office events.

Supporting our management team with general operational and HR-related tasks.

Ensuring smooth operation of communications within and outside the office.

Your Skills And Qualifications

A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and strong general computer skills.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
