Operations Manager – Logistics Company - Base Salary to 70k/year – Atlanta, GA

• Our client, a third-party logistics company, proves professional hand loading or unloading of freight truck and shipping containers at warehouses and distribution centers throughout the country. They are looking for an Operations Manager in their Atlanta, GA location!
• The Operations Manager is responsible for managing his/her team from recruiting to separation and management of all Company policies and customer relationship for the facility they manager whilst reaching production goals specified by superiors.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to their site with employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, development, and improvement of working relationships (i.e. pre-shift meetings, monthly safety meetings, employee appreciation team meals etc…)
• Oversee the submission of data to home office for customer billing via site administrator
• Responsible for approving purchasing invoices via Company’s online portal
• Responsible for approving customer invoices
• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees to keep up with production goals
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/shipping management experience
• Highschool diploma/GED
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
  
  

Compensation

• Base salary in the 60k - 70k/year range, flexible dependent on experience. Health benefits, PTO, are also offered.
