  • Provide front desk support when required including answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, maintain organization and cleanliness of the office, kitchen, boardroom, etc.
  • Coordinate all couriers and incoming / outgoing mail
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Point of contact for IT, phone, printer and general office equipment issues and maintenance
  • Maintain office equipment inventory, employee information and staff lists
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as requested
  • Printing and binding of materials as requested
  • Property management assistance, which may include coding invoices, maintaining lists and gathering documentaion
  • Assist with company or office projects and initiatives as required
  • Any other special projects that may be required such as broker receptions, Client events, office parties etc.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external correspondence including file management, scanning, copying, and organizing as required
  • Administrative assistance to team members as required or directed
  • Such other reasonable duties as the Company may require of you from time to time


Experience in real estate administration a plus

Advanced knowledge and efficient use of Microsoft Office programs

Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, proofreading and editing skills

Ability to multi-task, utilize effective time management skills, and be able to recognize and respond to time sensitive issues and tasks

Self starter that takes initiative and works well in a team-oriented environment

A positive attitude, always seeking to better our team, reaching out to bring greater value
