PARTNERSHIP (NEW BUSINESS) DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR


Are you ready to drive the growth engine of our agency to new heights? We’re seeking a dynamic Partnership Development Director to lead our business development efforts and forge strategic relationships with top-tier marketers. If you’re a bold, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results, we want to hear from you!



RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Define lead generation outreach plan to ensure quality leads are acquired (SEM, Events, partner agencies, C-suite relationships, etc.)
  • Source agency introduction meetings and lead development of presentation materials
  • Evaluate and respond to incoming opportunities sourced from agency recruitment services and consultants
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to tailor and refine outbound narrative based on each audience



RFI & RFP Stewardship & Development

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling responses to RFI and RFP submissions, showcasing Haworth's capabilities
  • Drive the entire RFP process with confidence and a bold perspective, leading strategy and planning efforts to deliver innovative solutions
  • Utilize media partnerships to bolster value propositions and strengthen RFP submissions
  • Manage new partner procurement end-to-end and transition wins to the working team



External Reputation Development

  • Identify relevant events and experiences to market Haworth to prospective clients and employees, representing our company with excellence and generating awareness of our services
  • Attend select events and networking opportunities to represent Haworth and build valuable connections
  • Participate in panel discussions or similar speaking opportunities to showcase our expertise and thought leadership
  • Take ownership of Haworth’s social media content strategy and execution, driving engagement and amplifying our brand presence
  • Present and explain Haworth services, positioning, and sales approach to internal staff, fostering a comprehensive understanding and alignment across the agency

  • Confidently leverage big data sets to inform and shape strategies and plans



EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Three Years in Growth Initiatives and Sales: Experience in media or marketing technology, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics
  • Eight or More Years in Media Planning: This includes a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Understanding of Agency Services: Possess a comprehensive understanding of agency services, particularly in social and digital media, highlighting Haworth’s differentiation
  • Fluency in Holistic Media Planning: Your experience in holistic media planning, including research tools and industry trends is crucial for crafting effective media strategies
  • Proven Thought Leadership: Demonstrate a track record of thought leadership and innovation, driving agency transformation and staying ahead of industry trends
