National Account Manager, Parts Distribution


**Responsibilities:**


- Serve as the primary interface for Parts Distribution customers, promoting our entire Aftermarket portfolio.

- Develop and implement selling strategies in collaboration with Finance, Product Line, and internal EMA teams to drive profitable growth while maintaining target profitability levels and volume.

- Lead accounts for parts, consumables, and accessories.

- Manage pricing strategy to ensure profitability.

- Collaborate with product line and marketing teams for OEM parts.

- Act as a consultant for ecommerce repair parts sales.

- Analyze POS data to determine price elasticity.

- Develop strategic product line-ups to ensure efficient repair parts delivery.

- Evaluate ROI for promotional activities.

- Track performance to meet financial and volume objectives.

- Lead and prepare Product Line Reviews for assigned customers.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams on product development.

- Develop clear and persuasive presentations for internal and customer audiences.

- Monitor product quality and improvement plans.

- Ensure data integrity for pricing and item set-up.

- Proactively communicate new parts to customers.

- Forecast volume and promotional spend for assigned product lines.

- Maintain and communicate industry analysis data.

- Create and update additional sales reporting for assigned customers.

- Travel 25-30%.


**Requirements:**


- Bachelor’s degree required.

- 3+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, or merchandising.

- Strong analytical skills.

- History of building strong customer relationships.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Financial analysis aptitude.

- Basic knowledge of product development, advertising, marketing, and sales.

- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask.

- Team collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of major appliances, repair service, and parts distribution.
