Music Researcher Assistant's Needed (Remote Role)

The Research Assistant position is an entry-level music business opportunity.

• Remote but must be close enough to drive in for trainings and meetings in the San Fernando Valley when needed.
• Music Publishing and or Music Licensing experience.
• Music Degree or Music Certificate preferred.
  
  
  

Description:

• Database matching of song and release details using on-line research of song and release information.
• Data review and update for database of music administration records.
• Service Customer Inquiries as required.
• Heavy Volume - deadline driven.
• Data entry experience with strong computer navigation and keyboarding skills required.
  
  
  

ability to self-motivate and engage in critical thinking while focusing on small details and repetitive task.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Working knowledge of various artists, music genres, styles and terminology strongly preferred.
• Music publishing administration experience.
  
  
  

Education:

MUSIC DEGREE or CERTIFICATE (NOTHING CREATIVE).
