The Member Relationship Manager develops new and deepens existing member relationships to position First Tech as being their financial partner for life. In this role, you will help our members reach their financial dreams through providing financial solutions, education, and advice.

Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

Job Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of member accounts, proactively servicing and supporting member goals
  • Provide comprehensive and customized financial solutions tailored to member financial needs including collaborating with partners across lines of business to connect the member with experts in lending, insurance, investment, etc.
  • Schedule daily in-person and phone calls with members to review and/or determine their financial objectives, expenses, and assets
  • Identify and pursue potential new members and looking for ways to cultivate long-term, primary financial partner
  • Provide the highest quality of service to all members; promptly address member concerns and/or escalate to leadership when appropriate
  • Participate in campaigns, cross-selling and making referrals when appropriate using the online tracking and CRM systems
  • Lead business development activities, including SEG onsite events, member follow-up and outbound calls
  • Mentor Financial Service Representatives on a day-to-day basis

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals; minimum of 1 year financial industry experience
  • Proven track record of successfully growing and managing customer relationships
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter who is highly organized and works well independently or within a team environment
  • Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and service
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Location: Kirkland Experience Center, Kirkland WA

Target Compensation in Kirkland WA: $30.00 to $34.00 + quarterly incentive
