Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will be an integral part of our Internal Marketing team, helping to manage and grow our philanthropic efforts. This role involves coordinating with nonprofit partners, assisting in the execution of giving programs, and engaging employees in volunteerism. Additionally, this role will support associate engagement events including but not limited to our quarterly leadership conference.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of our corporate giving strategy.
• Coordinate with nonprofit organizations to facilitate donations and sponsorships.
• Assist in organizing volunteer events and campaigns for employees.
• Maintain records of donations, sponsorships, and volunteer hours.
• Help produce reports on the impact of our corporate giving programs.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to promote our corporate giving initiatives.
• Write and develop external social media posts related to corporate giving and our impact.
• Contribute to the maintenance of internal marketing calendars and schedules.
• Support the development of a new enterprise-wide internship program.
• Work with the SVP of Transformation to support the planning and execution of the quarterly leadership conference.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field. Passionate about philanthropy and community service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing databases.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
