We seek a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department at the central warehouse. This role is integral to maintaining our operations and facilities to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Oversee the maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural.
Manage and direct a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a proactive maintenance and repair environment.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
Control maintenance expenses and prepare budgets while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role within a maintenance department.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
