Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent credentials
- Valid Driver’s License
- Favorable driving history
- Company policy requires that one must be 21 years of age or older to drive a company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Neat, legible penmanship, and writing skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have good communication skills and be able to handle a busy atmosphere
- Proficient with peripherals, copier, fax and telephone

Tasks/Responsibilities
- Ring up customers using our Micros system
- Graciously welcome guests and members as they arrive to the business center
- Provide a warm and hospitable environment to guests and members
- Learn the names and personally recognize our regular Guests and Members
- Help maintain a clean working and retail enviroment
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, contributing to the overall ambiance that is
- Directs and manages telephone calls for the Businees Center
- Assist customers by making knowledgeable recommendations to which services or products will

- Work with all resort departments to make sure our department assists where needed
- Will need to be able to balance the register after every shift and print reports for revenue
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options, shops,
answer any questions guests may have to the best of one’s ability
- If applicable, complete a Guest Problem Resolutions (GPR) form on any issues (solved or
information to admin support)
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality/timing
- Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
- Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership
- Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, stand, sit, balance, reach, bend, push, pull and walk for
- Ability to use a dolly/hand truck
- Ability to lift, carry, pull and push up to 50 lbs intermittently throughout a shift
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- May be exposed to mechanical, electrical, chemical and fume hazards
- Ability to maintain compliance with Sea Island’s Company Resort Professional Image Policy
