Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: On-Site in Baldwin County, Alabama

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed process guidance to Production Teams and Site Leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and product deviations.
• Manage maintenance and small capital projects.
• Ensure equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Drive operational performance to meet targets for yields, reliability, and quality.
• Maintain productivity targets through performance tracking.
• Address production losses and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical).
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of SPC, Provox DCS systems, and PLC functionality preferred.

Salary:

• 70,000 to 100,000 DOE
