This is a full-time position based in our NY office. The Logistics Coordinator will partner with & report to the Logistics Manager and interact with various departments to forecast demand for products and ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained. The candidate will focus on helping the manager predict consumer demand and guide supply chain operations and planning for two 3PL warehouses.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in weekly stock status reports and inventory control for review w/Paris HQ
• Track product inventory and oversee 500+ SKUs.
• Generate progress reports and presentations.
• Analyze sales, stock, and other data statistics.
• Review historical sales trends & identify forecast changes and drivers.
• Model data to forecast future demand.
• Work on Warehouse QA follow ups.
  
  

Who you are:

• 2+ years of demand planning experience & working with 3PLs.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong applied math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different teams & departments.
• Experience with MicroSoft Business Central preferred or similar ERP software.
• Superb organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience working within the Beauty industry a plus.
• BA/BS college degree or its equivalent in a related field.

Salary Range:
