LIBRARY MANAGER-LIMITED TERM
Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey, is offering an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and student-centric professional to serve as the temporary Library Manager for University Libraries. The position is a full-time, limited-term position. The Library Manager provides support to Director of University Libraries, and library staff. The Library Manager supports all aspects of library operations including acquisitions, accounts payable, and circulation services. Under the supervision of the Director, he/she directs and supervises all functions of the circulation/service desk to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in providing a high level of service to all library users.

Superior organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities in accordance with changing conditions; demonstrated time management skills; well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive), and Internet; familiarity with Datatel preferred; proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse constituency of students, staff, faculty and external stakeholders; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and to prioritize workflow and office operations; well-developed interpersonal skills, complemented by a predisposition to assist others; willingness and ability to support and promote the Franciscan Felician mission and core values of the University.
