Legal Assistant
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA. Educational background must be focused on writing and research.
Experience working in corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, technology firm or related industry.
Knowledge of legal customs and practices.
Project administration skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry.
Strong Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience.
Ability to create and manage red-line documents.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in writing and document creation.
What You Will Be Doing
Heavy reading assistance.
Assist with editing and creating documents.
Track status of matters and metrics.
Maintain relevant databases.
Basic administrative support tasks.
Ad hoc projects as needed.
