Legal Administrative Assistant
As of April 23rd, an established law firm seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to assist attorneys with various tasks and assignments in their Washington DC office. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Serving as gatekeeper to attorneys in high-level administrative functions.
- Assisting with document production and formatting and proofreading correspondence.
- Entering, reviewing, and revising attorney timesheets, maintaining attorney calendars, and preparing client invoices in a timely manner.
- Arranging travel plans and creating itinerary reports.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience, preferably within a large law firm.
- Strong attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changes in workload and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and written skills.
