We are a National General Contractor that is a leader in the design build industry. We are expanding our Phoenix office and have a strong upcoming pipeline within the region.
Job Description
Directs team and their activities relating to Commercial projects, including education k-12, design build, and tilt up projects
Collaborates with team to define construction requirements
Upholds project standards and ensures specifications are met
Conducts safety and quality control inspections
Maintains established contractual requirements to manage quality standards

The Successful Applicant
Experience leading ground-up Commercial projects including education k-12, design build, and tilt up projects
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field a plus
Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
Must be authorized to work in the United States
