Mission Staffing is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Financial Services Accounting and Finance team. This individual will be responsible for market research for the Recruiting Team. Responsibilities include identifying and screening candidates, documenting meetings, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with strong attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are needed. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook is also needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers to understand the staffing needs of our clients.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess overall fit for client organizations.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client representatives.


Requirements

  • A strong interest in Recruiting
  • Previous internship or work experience as a Recruiter, HR Coordinator, or a Talent Coordinator in a staffing agency or corporate setting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
