Mandatory Requirements
- Proficiency in J2EE technologies, including JDBC, JSP, and XML.
- Experience in developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs like Eclipse, Netbeans, or IntelliJ.
- Strong SQL skills for relational databases.
- Familiarity with J2EE frameworks such as Spring or Struts.
- Experience with messaging technologies like MQ, JMS, or Kafka.
- Competence in developing with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Previous exposure to commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or open-source Business Rules Management System.
