Workforce Staffing

The Workforce Staffing team is a skilled, customer obsessed, support team that owns hiring across multiple locations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles. We are looking for exceptionally talented, bright and driven people to help build the future Amazon talent pipeline.

As an HR Assistant you are responsible for executing in funnel candidate communications as scheduled and/or requested and include managing communication requests, training, auditing, reporting, and any other responsibilities assigned to the position. Overtime may also be required to support the needs of the business.

Successful candidates will be approachable, action-oriented, flexible problem solvers with great verbal and written communication skills and have exceptional attention to detail. Our team’s schedules vary and require travel to multiple sites according to business needs. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage SIM Queue and maintain SLAs for resolution
  • Manage/Create new request SOPs as needed and provide support for execution
  • Provide daily/weekly reporting on status of all SIMs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create message content as needed
  • Be familiar with all communication in comms library available for use/adaptation as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Experience in confidential environments

  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $71,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
