We are a top 5 ENR owner/builder with multi-family mid-rise and high-rise projects spread throughout the US. We are looking for a talented senior pm/px to lead the charge on the first self-performed high-rise in the SD area, the project is in Bankers Hill.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be taking this project from the pre-con stage to completion
will be responsible for putting together a self-perform team. The project itself is a 300 unit 22 story type-1 high-rise. There is a well-known GC doing the pre-con currently, but the person in this role will come in and take over the project, hire staff, and lead pre-con efforts until roughly November, when the construction is scheduled to begin.
What You Need for this Position
Preference would be 2-3 high-rises completed from start to finish in California. Also, time spent at a GC is a bonus prior to jumping to the developer side of things. We are open to high-rise projects in other states, but there does need to be some crossover in terms of codes/regulations etc. Seattle area is similar, so this would be comparable and relevant experience.
