What You'll Do
As a Health Claims Examiner, you'll play a vital role in processing medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy claims with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation.
Collaborating with healthcare providers and other parties to gather necessary information.
Analyzing claim information and ensuring correct processing according to plan guidelines.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from plan participants and providers.
Assisting with claim appeals and disputes resolution.
Contributing to team meetings and projects as needed.
