Brief description of duties: Leads all aspects of a team's operations, including player developement, game strategy, and team management. Oversee practices, set lineups, and make in-game decisions while also recruiting new talent and managing the teams budget. Engage in fundraising efforts to support the programs needs.
Special skills, qualifications, or education: Leadership to motivate players and manage staff, strategic thinking for game plans and adjustments, strong communication to instruct players and engage with stakeholders, and recruiting expertise to attract top talent to the program.
