Head of Treasury

Summary:

Neuberger Berman is looking for a Treasurer for the NB Alternatives platform. This role represents an opportunity to be an initial member in the build out of the centralized treasury team supporting the overall NB Alternatives platform.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining bank and credit rating agency relationships
• Negotiation of credit facilities for funds
• Ongoing compliance of credit facilities including quarterly attestations
• Analyze and execute hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates and foreign exchange
• Opening of new bank accounts, including standardization of bank signatory requirements and controls across platforms
• Maintaining bank accounts and supporting control structure for treasury management
• Development of key liquidity and financial metrics to monitor, report, manage and improve quality and efficiency
• Vendor oversight functions and reporting for banks, line of credit and foreign exchange providers
• Financial planning and analysis to forecast cash flow position and funds available for investment including liquidity reports
• Ongoing monitoring of bank credit exposures

Qualifications:

• Credit facility negotiation experience
• Quality leadership and management abilities
• Possess problem-solving and data analytical skills
• Knowledge of monetary markets, business investment management and financing strategies
• General knowledge of FX and interest rate markets, hedging strategies

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
