Head of Social and Content

Our client seeks a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee their Twitter presence. The successful candidate will be pivotal in planning the social content calendar and actively engaging with the community through Twitter spaces. This role involves close collaboration with the co-founders, Community Manager, and leadership team to ensure the effective promotion of the client’s flagship intellectual property (IP) and Non-Fungible Token (NFT) project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Twitter strategy for the client’s first IP.
• Work in tandem with the Community Manager and co-founders to craft engaging, informative, and creative Twitter content.
• Monitor and analyze Twitter performance metrics to refine content and engagement strategies.
• Manage the flagship IP’s Twitter account, ensuring timely scheduling, posting, and interaction with comments and messages.
• Host and participate in Twitter spaces to cultivate community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders within the cryptocurrency and NFT sectors.
• Stay informed on industry trends, news, and best practices related to social media and NFTs.
• Provide regular reports on Twitter performance and insights.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone with proven experience managing Twitter accounts for brands or businesses, preferably in the Web3 or NFT domain.
• A deep understanding of Twitter algorithms, analytics, and best practices specific to the Web3 environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for storytelling.
• The ability to operate both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience building initial traction for major Web3 or cryptocurrency Twitter accounts is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with additional social media platforms and tools like Discord and Telegram is a plus.
