IL MAKIAGE: GROWTH MARKETING COORDINATOR

We're looking for a creative & analytical rockstar to become our next Growth Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support end-to-end growth strategy for paid acquisition marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will support the creative pipeline, drive data-driven experimentation & optimize campaigns at scale.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the growth strategy for certain IL MAKIAGE products across acquisition marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid social - as well as other online and offline channels (YouTube, direct mail, TV, etc.).
  • Manage execution of campaigns, including creative development, asset development, ad operations, optimization, and results analysis.
  • Drive creative strategy through consumer/industry research and quantitative analysis and identify key insights and pain points to optimize marketing creative.
  • Own end-to-end creative development process for paid social ads, including ideation, asset development, creative briefs, mockups, copy writing, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with creative team, including video editors & production team to develop a strong pipeline of high-performing visual assets and video ads.
  • Monitor KPIs and own reporting to identify trends, analyze results and communicate campaign performance to broader team and senior leadership.
  • Leverage results to make data-driven recommendations and develop iterations to optimize campaigns.
  • Support revenue growth and creative innovation within your channel mix through a combination of creative strategy, campaign optimization and other growth tactics (e.g. landing page funnel testing).
  • This role reports to a Senior Growth Marketing Manager.


YOUR BACKGROUND


  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field from a top university.
  • Creative & analytical thinker: you are both right brained and left brained with the ability to think big picture and dig into the data to solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to leverage data to identify actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and high visual intelligence.
  • Experience with paid social advertising, content creation, and/or A/B testing and experimentation is a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized & comfortable managing multiple work streams at once with high attention to detail. You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in marketing.
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry, social media, and naturally curious about customer psychology.
  • Passionate about working at IL MAKIAGE & joining a disruptive high-growth consumer brand.
