Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned location, including production, quality control, inventory management, and Profit/Loss.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the location's growth
- Interface with the sales and marketing team in developing and executing sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Travel occasionally to meet with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on operations and lean manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- A general understanding of the semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel
