Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Financial Analyst, a high visibility position in our growing FP&A department. The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance and Accounting management and provide cross functional support to Marketing, Sales, and Operations. The Financial Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and kickstart their career with one of the fastest growing CPG companies of all-time.

This is an on-site, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and other strategic management tools.
• Investigate variances to budget/forecast and communicate critical drivers.
• Assist with monthly revenue and profitability projections.
• Develop financial models as part of the annual budget planning process.
• Partner with Marketing and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and journal entries.
• Help drive operational efficiencies and cost saving initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties, ad hoc analyses, and projects as business needs change.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with adequate Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective team collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in the office daily.
