From Finance & Tax to Communications and Facilities, our colleagues around the globe support our financial advisory and asset management business lines in many ways. By utilizing the latest technology, these integral groups make sure our two businesses are compliant, operationally efficient, and profitable.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Manage requests for maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs and other miscellaneous tasks from end users
  • Assess and analyze maintenance and repair requests determining level of priority and delegate to facilities assistants for completion
  • Manage the full life cycle of repairs and maintenance work using FM Systems to establish timeline and ensure proper documentation
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to process invoices and ensure timely payment for work completed by external vendors
  • Oversee inventory of facility materials and equipment ensuring all team members are aware of availability
  • Supervise changes and updates in employee work location changes and subsequent applicable paperwork
  • Provide remote office support for national offices
  • Maintain external vendor compliance with Certificates of Insurance and building rules and regulations and remain aware of any recent changes required to remain compliant
  • Schedule and manage all vendor, contractor and visitor access requests
  • Maintain, update and implement Facilities policies and procedures as necessary
  • Answer Facilities telephone line and monitor facilities email inbox, action as necessary
  • Proactively inspect the facility, rooms, common areas, etc., track issues and resolve as necessary
  • Supervise internal stakeholders on special projects as needed

You’ll need to have:

  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or within a related industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong technology skills
  • Possess an excellent sense of customer service, urgency, and prioritization
  • Must be able to work on a team and autonomously
  • Proactive, self-motivated, ability to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Hybrid working model, 4 days in office 1 day from home
  • Sitting, standing and walking from various buildings are requirements for this position
  • Excellent organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on various team projects and daily facilities tasks
  • High School diploma

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $80,000 - $85,000. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Base salary is one component of Lazard’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
