Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3+ years of previous Executive Assistant experience on a high-volume entertainment desk at an agency, studio, network, production company, etc.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for television, and desire for a career in development/programming
• Forward thinker who will anticipate needs of the executive
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Must have excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
• Capacity to engage professionally with peers, associates, executives at every level.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
• Solution oriented
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
