Email Retention Developer

The Email Retention Developer is responsible for the coding of emails and scheduling campaigns, taking creative imagery and turning them into promotional emails, automated trigger emails and SMS messages. The role will work cross-functionally with creative, email and website team to implement the strategy from the email marketing strategy team.

What you'll bring:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• 1+ years experience in email development
• Experience building out email templates and initiatives that support marketing and sales organizations for long term growth
• Expert in languages: HTML5/CSS3 and other similar languages
• Building email templates for a modular, personalized email program
• Coding for email deliverability across various email clients (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc)
• Effective communicator that can partner across teams, helping to define and govern best-in-class email practices
• Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity
• High comfort with and passion for data driven decision making
