This pivotal role focuses on establishing and nurturing strategic relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of portfolio solutions, with a specific emphasis on Ellucian Banner. As the Executive Director, you will leverage your extensive experience as a CIO and technical proficiency to lead our Ellucian Banner initiatives, manage key client engagements, and drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the engineering of Ellucian Banner solutions for system rollouts, enhancements, and maintenance, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in Ellucian Banner.
• Provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of delivery strategies for enterprise-level clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Cultivate enduring business relationships with C-level executives and senior management, positioning Ferrilli as the trusted partner for Ellucian Banner solutions.
• Oversee Ellucian Banner projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction and resolution of technical challenges.
