Essential Function
- Direct responsibility for Brick & Morter.com (B&M) Customer Growth Strategy and Net Sales goals
- Be responsible for B&M.coms (Walmart.com, Kroger.com, Target.com etc) eTailer engagement
- Ownership of B&M.com eCommerce P&L
- Focus on optimizing Go To Market (GTM) for eTailers, business planning, Terms & Conditions negotiation and JBP engagement
- Be proficient with tools & technology to win in eCommerce:
- Fully vested in the latest tools & technology in the eCommerce space including but not limited to Search, Navigation, Ratings & Reviews, Taxonomy etc.
- Drives search relevance improvement across customers
- Understand and report on metrics & tracking
- Develops and tracks the internal eCommerce scorecards for customer
- Leads the implementation of all corrective actions with customer
- Work with eCommerce Marketing Lead and eAnalytics lead on increasing conversion
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, advertising, search, Consumer Relationship Management, etc.
- Work with eCommerce Marketing lead including retail search
- Foster relationships with key retail media teams (e.g. WMC, KPM, AMG, etc)
What is expected of me:
- Knowledge of CPG and eCommerce (3+ years)
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong financial background
- Both Warehouse/Direct and DSD experience preferred
- Power User Excel & Power point
- Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
- Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into compelling stories
- Strong collaborator, team-oriented
- Ability to build working relationships at customers(retailers)
