Job Description

Parfums Christian Dior is looking for a detailed-oriented intern to elevate its Online flagship in the US. The E- Merchandising Intern will work closely with our US Ecommerce team to support Parfum Christian Dior’s online business, helping to drive Dior.com success by leveraging Dior's digital site merchandising tools and thus bringing the brand to life through its product assortment across Dior.com. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our digital presence.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

E-Merchandising Strategy

  • Adapt global E-Merchandising strategies to US market for all products, assisting timely product launches, navigation updates and seasonal animations on the site by reviewing Global Animation Kits and US commercial calendars.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly product launches, collaborating with the Global E-Merchandising team to maintain consistent brand messaging for the US market.
  • Analyze on-site search trends to propose strategic enhancements for on-site merchandising to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Assess both new and existing Product Pages and Categories, presenting optimization recommendations to the US Ecommerce team.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to deliver on-site optimizations based on competitive trends (in and outside of the industry).

Product Set Up

  • Utilize E-Merchandising Platforms to ensure accurate setup and activation of SKUs on the site for product launches.
  • Collaborate with Global E-merchandising and the US Content team in a timely manner to contribute product information, assets, and translations from various stakeholders.
  • Partner with management on Cross Sell & Upsell strategies and ensure proper execution.
  • Enhance visual merchandising experience on site following Global & local level directives.
  • Ensuring best-in class SEO implementation through careful review of all enriched keywords and alt-text copy content.

Front-End QA Support:

  • Conduct daily site checks to identify potential front-end issues and work toward resolution while escalating to top management when needed.
  • Perform ongoing site and related KPI analyses to detect trends, bugs, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ year relevant experience in an ecommerce merchandising, category management, product marketing, or product management role
  • Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail, and thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about Digital and E-Commerce with a customer-first mindset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, curious at heart, proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required
  • Experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud, Shopify or other CMS and SAP/AX, PIM Software is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Content Square or similar Web Analytics Platforms.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $20/hour.
