- Hire a team of regional sales development representatives and account executives
- Provide coaching and leadership to your sales team
- Track and monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators
- Identify high-value prospects and build relationships with decision makers
- Close mid-market and enterprise-level accounts
- Experience building and managing a team of sales/business development representatives and account executives
- Proven success developing an outbound sales program
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 7 years experience in sales
- A strategic, proactive, and creative thinker
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo.io)
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Suite of applications
- Knowledge of real estate and title industries strongly preferred
