Director of Operations

The Director of Operation plays a vital role in overseeing the production process and ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

This role is a newly created position that can offer tremendous growth within the company. This position will report directly to the COO. We need a candidate who is passionate, analytical, strategic and a critical thinker.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least five years specialized experience in a senior management capacity
• Extensive experience within a department whether an director or manager
• Demonstrated experience in providing direction to multiple teams in order to support department and revenue goals.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve success in a revenue goal driven environment
• Capable of developing new processes and implementing them
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• Very Organized and Detail Oriented
• Most Importantly, looking for someone who is kind, humble and positive
