We are looking for a Director of Engineering to oversee our luxury Senior Living property. This is a state-of-the-art facility with an excellent reputation in the community. The Director of Engineering will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for the care and upkeep of the property.

Director Of Engineering Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance facilities operations
• Manage the facilities' maintenance and transportation
• Oversee facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage risk, manage contractors, and conduct site inspections over multiple buildings
• Model service attitude towards others; friendly & courteous to residents, patients & co-workers
  
  

Director Of Engineering Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience working with Maintenance Department in healthcare or luxury hotel industry
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical background preferred
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of direct reports
