A Global Pharmaceutical Industry Leader is seeking a talented Field Reimbursement Leader to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of the FRM team in the US market. This is a unique opportunity sitting under the L&D team as a reimbursement specialist with the responsibility to own reimbursement training initiatives and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
Create training curriculum
Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Team and Brand Trainers
Integrate insights into the training curriculum
Customized training design – develop content that connects reimbursement behaviors with practical skill and knowledge
Stakeholder management – influence and lead across key stakeholders
Oversee creation of training material and ensure necessary approval processes
Deliver In-person and Virtual training
Vendor management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years Field Reimbursement experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Specialty Pharmaceutical account management principles and execution experience
Working knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical medicines – required
Long-lasting injectable experience – required
Training experience
Leadership experience is a plus
Excellent presentation and communication skills
