Responsibilities

Job Summary:

With your strategic mindset, you will lead the planning and logistical operations of CooperSurgical’s participation in global trade shows, events, congresses, and meetings. You hold a proven track record for executing comprehensive experiential marketing programs that meet varied KPIs and drive business forward.

This role requires a thought leader with proven results at developing people and processes to deliver best-in-class brand experiences. Ability to manage a diverse team in a global setting across multiple product lines and services in women’s health in both direct to consumer, patient and healthcare applications.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Oversee all global events and logistics programs.
  • Own the end-to-end process for our branded events and tradeshows.
  • Ensure messaging objectives and event goals are reached.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Lead booth layout, according to marketing and sales strategy, budget, and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage support staffing plans.
  • Inform stakeholders in collaboration with Integrated Marketing Services, Product Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Lead and formalize post-event debrief.
  • Monitor competitors and industry for trends and shifts in market.
  • Fulfillment, distribution and resource planning for sales team collateral
  • Corporate events and commercial meetings
  • Budget management in a cross functional matrix setting
  • Build annual budgets to achieve lead targets.
  • Manage external vendors and partners.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of tradeshow and events experience with at least 5+ years in a management capacity
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage and operate in a global team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree with and MBA (desired)

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $140,000 - $190,000. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
