Responsibilities / Position Overview

We are seeking a digital producer to join our technology and innovation team within our Medical Communications division. The Digital Producer will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of digital projects from conception to delivery. They will be among our team's digital experts, providing guidance on various digital media formats and technologies. This hands-on role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and creative problem-solving abilities. As Digital Producer, you will be expected to stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in digital media production, and foster collaboration with Medical, Creative, Project Management, and Client Solutions teams to drive innovation.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the production of various digital media assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Be lead resource for implementation of 3 rd party software solutions such as survey tools, virtual meeting solutions, and virtual engagement (e.g. Alchemer, Zoom, Mentimeter, Mural, etc)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with client solution teams and project management to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate resources effectively to execute project tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client solutions team on digital production, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure internal teams understand and meet technical specifications for digital projects.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on digital media best practices and specifications.
  • Analyze project metrics to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
  • Identify and address potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing processes.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, showcasing a high level of proficiency in job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a digital production (or similar role within healthcare/pharma agencies
  • Inquisitive nature and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills between internal and external teams
  • Exhibit an understanding of digital development processes, and its best practices
  • Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
  • Preferred familiarity with the following: Project management and development software (Jira, Hive, and Smartsheet); design and prototyping software (Adobe CS and Figma)
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritization with excellent time management and delegation skills.
  • Exhibit a steadfast focus on detail and maintain consistent attention to precision.
