Responsibilities
Lead and support development and construction efforts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with project managers, visit project sites, and liaise with investors.
Manage various vendors, consultants, interior designers, general contractors, and investor relations.
Oversee primarily apartment building projects, as well as involvement in condo and mixed-use developments.
Qualifications
1-3 years of development experience in real estate, project management, or analysis.
Experience in deal side and acquisitions, including underwriting and due diligence.
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
