Duties Include
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events; preparing materials, capturing minutes for distribution, and archiving documents for future reference
- Research for projects and presentation preparation
- Processing invoices, completing expense reimbursements, and tracking budget expenditures
- Preparing travel authorizations and coordinating travel arrangements
Requirements Include
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Forms)
- Highly dependable
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working with highly confidential documents and information
