Customer Retention Specialist

Title: Customer Retention Specialist

Compensation: Base: $50-55k, OTE $80-90k


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow best practices for all internal processes, including managing opportunity workflow, data quality and accuracy, CRM hygiene, quotes, and forecasting
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
  • Monitoring accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proficient in handling customer "save" situations, including conducting discovery calls, identifying pain points, and resolving objections.
  • Developing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Measuring KPIs to gauge the success of retention efforts


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Retention and/or Sales experience, preferably with a media background.
  • Experience presenting to small business owners, Executive level and C-Suite clients.
  • Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability are critical.
  • Experience with subscription and partnership products.
  • Strong ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes.
  • Proven track record of hitting & exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • SaaS experience is a plus!
