Curriculum Specialist

360 Talent Avenue is partnering to place a Curriculum Specialist with a progressive, independent school that emphasizes emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and happiness. This position will work in Middle & High School.

This is a direct placement role with our client in the Miami, FL area.

As a Curriculum Specialist you will:

• Develop and present curriculum materials and in-service activities
• Provide support through demonstration lessons, parental involvement, and instructional coaching
• Assist teachers in identifying and addressing student needs
• Develop assessment instruments to evaluate instructional programs
• Review and evaluate instructional materials and resources
• Facilitate teacher interaction and networking for sharing strategies
• Maintain school policies and develop professional relationships
• Support the Principal and administrative leadership team
• Participate in non-classroom activities and community events
• Complete required reports and tasks professionally
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• At least two years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting & curriculum writing or staff development
• Dedication to continuous learning and development as an educator
• Collaborative work style with the ability to take initiative
• Strong classroom management skills and expertise in differentiated instruction
