As a Registered RN at Cooper University Health Care, you will be part of a dynamic health care team, providing care to a group of patients for a designated time frame. Your role includes supervision, care provision, and utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to established policies and procedures
- Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Implement Cooper core values in daily practices
- Evaluate patients, provide care, and document accurately
- Assist physicians during procedures
- Administer medications and conduct patient tests
- Educate patients and families on self-care skills
- Promote patient independence through goal setting
- Experience: Minimum one year ICU/ER experience preferred
- Education: Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- License/Certifications: Current NJ-RN License, BLS Certification, specialty certifications may be required
- Scheduled Days/Hours: Nights; 7p-7a with rotation, including every 5th weekend
