Position: Client Services Specialist II - Hybrid
Location: Nashville, TN 37203
Duration: 6 Month(s) Pay rate: $30/Hr
Shift:Full Time Hours
General Responsibilities
Monitor incoming creative requests through Adobe Workfront and ensure accuracy before assigning work to the appropriate team.
Assist design team leads in assigning work, allocating resources, and managing capacity within Adobe Workfront and other project management platforms.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a group of marketing requesters, providing proactive updates throughout the work lifecycle.
Independently handle client-facing communication to deliver excellent customer service.
Collaborate with various teams to drive operational excellence and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with the traffic team to develop intake forms, project templates, and workflows within Adobe Workfront and other project management platforms.
Other/Special Qualifications
Adobe Workfront experience preferred.
Proven Client Support Experience With Strong Customer Service Skills.
Ability to develop partnerships and offer consultation and strategic support to clients.
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Collaborative with experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical skills and deadline-driven.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Track record of learning and applying new technologies quickly.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-tech-savvy users.
Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
Willingness to assist wherever needed, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
