JCW Search is currently recruiting for an Associate/Analyst Credit Analyst on behalf of a regional bank in the Miami metro area. If you have experience working with M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Structured Finance, this could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for proposing counterparty credit grades and on-going monitoring for credit events.
Analyzing incoming Corporate Banking transactions and determine the risk factors of the transaction.
Development of a current / forward year base forecast performance expectation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
1-2 Years of Corporate Banking experience.
TMT experience is required.
