About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager who can excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. In the dynamic world of cyber insurance, you’ll be expected to parachute into new topics, toggle between different audiences, and strike the right balance between creating thought leadership and sales enablement content. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who stays on top of the latest trends, knows how to ask the right questions (and isn’t afraid to speak up!), and always has a new idea in their back pocket.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels: blog posts, case studies, reports, white papers, and more
  • Become an expert in Coalition’s voice and tone, maintain style guides, and ensure consistency across the company
  • Craft detailed and thoughtful content briefs that reflect a deep understanding of audience, objectives, distribution, etc.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide editorial support on cross-functional projects
  • Stay up to date on top trends within the cyber insurance and cybersecurity industries
  • Conduct internal and external interviews to showcase our expertise within Coalition and the sentiment of our customers
  • Explore innovative ways to scale content production and distribution while using technology to drive efficiency

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of content marketing experience
  • Portfolio of relevant content (be prepared to share writing samples and explain your process)
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple complex projects
  • Proven success working in a collaborative, team environment

Bonus Points

  • Experience with insurance and/or cybersecurity products
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with in-bound marketing, customer journeys, and campaign work.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
