Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse community groups and individuals
Actively seek opportunities for collaboration with local organizations and stakeholders
Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and programs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and positive community experiences
Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, residents, and organizations
Act as a liaison between the community and our organization, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration
Organize and facilitate educational sessions and workshops that benefit the community
Provide information on available resources and support services
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for community programs and events
Foster a sense of community and appreciation among volunteers
Work collaboratively to address community needs and enhance overall well-being
Assist in developing communication materials to promote community events and initiatives
Utilize various channels, to increase awareness and engagement
Collect and analyze data related to community engagement and program outcomes
Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in community engagement or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse community members
Organizational and project management abilities
Passion for community development and social impact
