Within JM&A Group, Fidelity Insurance Agency is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Account Executive with a wealth of Property and Casualty expertise to join our exceptional team. Your mission? To champion our automotive client partners, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and care.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the architect of protection, crafting tailored solutions that shield our client partners from risks. Picture yourself orchestrating seamless coverage, collaborating with our automotive partners, and navigating the intricate landscape of policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ongoing account service activities
  • Lead, present, and participate in meetings with client partners
  • Review and deliver summary, proposals, and policies
  • Coordinate activities on accounts
  • Meet regularly with the Sales Executive to update, advise, and inform
  • Maintain current insurance summaries on all accounts
  • Meet world-class client service commitments (Stewardship Report, Pre-Renewal Meetings, etc.)
  • Participate in new business development and proposals with Sales Executive
  • Pursue opportunities to round out existing client programs with additional and/or increased lines of coverage
  • Coordinate coverage placement by managing the direction provided to the service team
  • Deliver binders and invoices
  • Manage all facets of the renewal process
  • Initiate client contact and orchestrate renewal strategy meetings
  • Gather renewal underwriting information
  • Oversee the process of preparing and updating underwriting specifications
  • Coordinate coverage placement through instructions provided to the support team to review and deliver binders, invoices, etc.
  • Advise, inform, and involve the Sales Executive, as required in the marketing process
  • Prepare and deliver proposals
  • Prepare all orders and instructions to the support team
  • Manage expiration lists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Commercial Insurance Experience required
  • Maintain a valid unrestricted Florida license and a valid Driver's license
  • The ideal candidate would have 3+ or more years of experience is required, or a minimum of 6 years of industry experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the performance of the above duties
  • Achieve and maintain advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties such as CPCU or CIC designations
  • Excellent comprehension of insurance terminology, trends and factors within the industry, and the various lines of Business Insurance
  • Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • AMS 360 experience preferred but not required
  • Prioritize tasks, set and achieve goals, think logically in solving problems, and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in both oral and written form
  • Ability to present complicated information to a variety of interest groups in an unambiguous way, connecting with the group in terms of style and content
  • Franchise Dealership Experience preferred but not required

The pay range for this position is $41,600-$119,963. Actual base pay will be determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location.
