Business Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Process Engineer in Plano, TX. Responsibilities:

• Business Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document existing business processes and workflows
• Conduct process assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key business processes
• Apply Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) techniques to create process models, diagrams, and documentation to facilitate process understanding and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points, and propose effective process solutions
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and elimination of waste
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards during process design and improvement
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to align business processes with DevOps principles and practices, enabling faster delivery and increased efficiency
• As a Business Process Engineer, you will develop and deliver training materials and workshops to educate stakeholders on new and improved business processes
• Monitor and measure process performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track the effectiveness of process improvement efforts
  
  

Requirements

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and improvement, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to create process models and diagrams
• In-depth understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, and their impact on business processes
• Proficiency in process mapping, process flow analysis, and value stream mapping techniques
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Salary: $50 - $65 per hour
